hi i have a question I'm in the process of divorce and i thought i was going to get the divorce but now its so many complications because the petitioner asking for modification on exciting court order wants full custody of child well i believe she has full custody because all i have is 10% of the child to spend with me and honestly I'm tired of so many problems i just want to get divorce and want to stop paying child support what can i do

There is no way you can stop paying child support unless you get custody or the child turns 18 and graduates from high school. The more time the child spends with you, the less you pay. So giving up the 10% time you have will only make your support more.
Welcome to the hell that is divorce, my friend. The only way to get out of support is to get back together with the wife. The only way to get rid of the wife is to divorce her and pay support. There are no easy answers. Your child needs his/her father, don't give up.
Completing your divorce by terminating your marriage and dividing any assets and debts can be resolved without reaching a completed custody and parenting plan. Its a good idea to get the housekeeping ( ending the marriage) and property division issues out of the way so you are not overwelmed.
