I have filed for disolution. My spouse left 2 days ago with only vehicle. she has also removed me from the storage we had. Talked to her today and she says that she doesnt have the vehicle and the storage has all my stuff from before marriage. The storage place will not let me in. Storage was only in her name with me having access which she removed. Unknown where the vehicle is now. what can I do or should i do?

File a petition for dissolution of marriage and have her served. The summons has automatic restraining orders that apply to you when you file and her when she is served. You can also file a motion requesting that she be ordered to provide access to the storage unit and allow you to remove your property. You should also cancel all credit cards in your name that she has access to.
