Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hi, I have a question with respect to filing a judgment. My ex-spouse owes me for unpaid child care cost and also medical expenses. We recently went to court ( I represented myself and he had an attorney) and both he and his attorney agree that the money is owed. I was told by the Judge I needed to file a judgement for the money owed. Is the Jud-100 the only form I need to file?

It depends. You indicated that you recently went to court but didn't indicate what type of hearing it was, and what court orders were actually made at that time. If it was a trial date, and orders were made, then usually if there is an attorney on the other side, the court will order the attorney to prepare the formal Judgment/Order. In other words, I need more information.
