Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have another question if i get my son time share chnged to every other week that's consider 50/50 now will either party have to pay child support?

when an 18 yr old is in college fulltime is that child now considered no longer a miner? and support ends on them?

In California child support is set by a computer program. The major factors to be considered is the income of each parent and the time share of each parent. Thus you could still have to pay child support. The first step would be to get a court order with the visitation terms you have agreed to with mother. Then run the support program to determine the child support with a 50-50 time share.
