Legal Question in Family Law in California

just a question.

just wanted to know how far i would have to go to make sure he only provides for are daughter? would going to the bank to get it signed in front of someone with a stamp do? or would i have to go furter? I don't want a big problem, just making sure he can take care of daughter until i can get her on some kind of aid. sincerely, Ca

Your question makes not sense. If you apply for public assistance the county will pursue him for repayment of the money that you receive for aid.
