hello
hi just have a
question i dont know wat to do my
ex-boyfriend doesnt let me see my
kid, i called the courthouse and they
told me that he dont have the
custody so could i go & pick up my b
aby??? do i need some kind of
papers???? my baby is im modesto
ca, but i try to go see her every
weekend but they dont let me im gin
to college out here in l.a can i fight
her custody????

I would review the court order to see who has custody of the child. If there is no custody order but he has been the parent for a long time, I would be careful about fighting over the child. I might consider calling the police to ask for advice too.
