Legal Question in Family Law in California
ok here is a question..i moved in with my bf in june of last year..i was pregnant and it seemed right cuz he owned his house i was renting..we argreed on me taking a year off to stay with the baby..she is now 14mos i already was looking when my phone got discconnected..due to the fact he could no longer afford it..well he has been not able toafford anything for a awhile now...every time its lets get what we can i dont have money or we dont do anything or go anywhere cuz he has no money..well he takes money from his dad account to help "us" out..i was able to get into his account and he is always paying the bills late..he is also going out to eat when he complains to me not to waste gas..well he can come and go as he pleases and i cant with no income..now i want to take full custody of our daughter..can i use this against him..
he also doesnt help with her and she doesnt like being around him....
is it bad that i dont let him take her to his dads house..the last time he took her he didnt feed her.he doesnt help with her he acts like a father in front of others
his family dont come over due to he acting like a women and telling them all our problems and now they dont like me...he bad mouths me to his family
his done drug rehab and AA
he also got fired from a good job a few years ago due to fraud also
can i use all this against him???

Your focus as mother of the child should be to assist in implementing a good relationship between the child and the father. If he is clean and sober and wishes to have a relationship with his daughter perhaps the best way to start is for both of you to attend co parenting counseling.
