Legal Question in Family Law in California

i have a few questions i need answered one can i leave the state with my son if i have no custody arrangement with the after? two how can i get sole and legal custody ?

Although you have not court order for custody, if you were to leave the state with the child the father could go into court and get an order for you to return the child to the state. I have taught two seminars over the last few years, as the law changes, on the issue of moving a child away from the other parent. It is a complex issue and you need an attorney who has experience with these motions.
