Quick Divorce
I have not seen my spouse in 8 years and i live in california, last i heard she is in North Carolina. Is there anyway to do this extremely fast?

We can file the petition in one day, but you will have to wait 6 months from the day she is served before it becomes final. There are NO exceptions to the 6 month waiting period.
