can i get an quickie annullment after being technically married for 26 yrs, (prev divorce was filed for 16 yrs ago but neverfinalized) when !) he was still legally mrried to 1rst wife (another paper technicality) 2)i failed to disclose my mental defects 3) physical abuse started within a month of marriage/me 6 mos pregnant, he will not contest.4) no property or minor children issues to address.

If he was still married to someone else at the time you married him, that's all it takes. He is guilty of bigamy and your marriage is void. That entitles you to an annulment. Annullments are not all that "quickie" though. You still have to file and exchange all the papers you would for a divorce, and unlike a divorce which can be done without a court appearance if the parties stipulate to everything, a court appearance is required for all annulment cases. So you avoid the six-months mandatory waiting period between when the respondent is served with the divorce papers and when a judgment can be entered, it will still take close to that long between just getting the paperwork done and getting on the court's calendar for a hearing.
