quit claim deed
When My wife an I bought a house she signed a quit claim deed. We have refinance since. Now she wants to get divorce, does she have a claim in the house. We have been married for 11 years.

The situation you describe is quite common in California. The courts regularly find that the home is community property. Generally court looks to the source of the money used to purchase the home. This includes both the down payment and the mortgage payments.
