quit-claim deed
I signed a quit-claim deed in order for my husband to qualify for a refinance on our home. In the event of a divorce what am I entitled to? We purchased this home together and the original mortgage was in both our names.

Re: quit-claim deed
Normally, property acquired during marriage is considered community property and shared equally. However, not know what the reason was for re quit claim deed. Need more info. Don Holben 800-685-6950
