Radius for Child living

My ex and I share 50/50 custody. I would like to restrict residences to within 25 mile radius of our child's school. She wants it at 15 miles. Is there a standard? What happens if we don't agree?

There is no "standard," but the closer the better, the farther you live away the harder. Of course that all depends, 20 miles in a rural area might be a 20 minute drive and 20 miles in west LA might be over 1 hour travel time.
