Technically speaking, any and all property acquired during marriage is deemed community property in California, absent certain exceptions. So, in theory, California would give your estranged spouse a community property interest in these properties at issue abroad, however, california does not have jurisdiction to enforce the order since the property is not in California, unless an equitable offset is given on property located within the state.
