Legal Question in Family Law in California
Real Property and Voluntary Defaults
Real Property Jointly owed properties - If both parties agree to split investment properties evenly do we still have to show they assets on the forms filed with the courts?
Also, if the respondent agrees with the petitioner and voluntary defaults does the respondent forfeit any rights at a later date?

Re: Real Property and Voluntary Defaults
The property disclosure required by family code is not filed with the court. Preparing and exchanging the property disclosure provide a paper trail of the property that was owned by the parties and divided during the divorce.
