I receive disability income with lifetime benefits that started before my 13 year marriage.
My wife works as an RN at UCLA, and I work as a teacher. We have 2 daughters, age 12 and 17.
Is my disability income subject to division in a divorce?

Assuming you are talking about normal disability income that is based on compensating you for limitations on your ability to work or earn due to a disability, of course it is community property.
