Is there any doubt about the authenticity of the judge's signature? Is the clerk's filing stamp on a weekend or holiday? If not, there should be no problem. Even judges sometimes work weekends and holidays. It is also possible that if the date is done by an ink stamp that the clerk just didn't click it to the correct date. Again, that would not affect the validity of the judgment as long as there is no doubt that the court approved it. If the clerk's filed endorsement stamp is a weekend or holiday, that's the stamp in the upper right hand corner of the first page, then you should probably take it down to the clerk's office and ask what happened, since our unionized court clerks most certainly do not work weekends or holidays.
