Legal Question in Family Law in California

I currently receive spousal support due to end Feb. 1, 2011. Due to the current economy, I have been unemployed and have exhausted my UI claim. can i ask for an increase in spousal support?

That would depend on the terms of your MSA and Judgement. The majority, but not all of the judgments reserve jurisdiction to modify spousal support.
