Legal Question in Family Law in California

I just received an amneded iwo at my employer. what does this mean? Is this something i shoudl've gone to court for? I haven't received any court notices in the mail. Please help, I'm at work and won't be able to speak to anyone about this until next week. Upon receiving this, is there anything I need to do?

You need to find out if there is a case against you, or if your employer has received this in error. If there is a case against you, I recommend getting details and speaking with an attorney as soon as possible.
