If I received a inheritance from someone and I'm getting a divorce after 25 year is my husband in title to the money

No, unless and until they are co-mingled with community assets, inheritance assets are completely separate property, and if they maintain a traceable identity they may even remain separate property if co-mingled without intent to contribute them to the community. Best to keep them completely separate, though.

I agree with Mr. McCormick. Inheritance is separate property, but that inheritance can lose its separate property character if it is commingled with community property.
