I received a notice from children services about an inquirery my income. however this amount was set in a divorce proceeding. is it possible for them to change the amount without modifying the final dissolution of marriage?

Child support and child custody is always before the court until a child turns 18 or is 19 and still in high school. It sounds as if your ex has gone to the Department of Child support services ( DCSS ) asking for a review of your income to determine if support should be increased.
