Legal Question in Family Law in California

On a recent statement from my lawyer, I was charged for 30 minutes of time for a 7 minute phone call; also, charged for 30 minutes to remind me of an appointment. My lawyer copied documents I wrote to pursue my interests and is charging me $850 for writing this. I am very disappointed with him. What actions can I take?

Find a new lawyer, refuse to pay the bill, and demand fee arbitration.
