I recently got an annulment in ca . My ex told the judge I had not told him of my chronic hep c which is one of the many health issues I have. The judge asked nothing just started giving him everything we had bought together. I now live in Tx. I was told to take the mustang back to him in ca , but i told her i had no more money. M health was getting worse. I was handed a bunch of papers at the beginning of the annulment and was trying to read them also.I had no atterney. I didnt recieve the paaers til march. My health has gotten were I cannot work. He filed perjury charges on me. What can I do?

I never heard of anyone filing perjury charges. The DA makes that decision. If you cannot bring it back then there is nothing you can do. You should probably file a declaration with those facts to document that you cannot comply with the order.
