Legal Question in Family Law in California

Recently my daughter turned 18 yrs old and graduated from high school. Now her father is still wanting child support until she's 20yrs. He doesn't pay for her clothes, future schooling, contacts, car gas anything for the vehicle. He is now threating and saying his attorney will be contacting me. When does child support end, I thought it was 18 and graduated from high school?

Mr. McCormick is correct. The applicable statute is Family Code section 3901. Under certain circumstances, you may have to file a motion to terminate child support, if you are the obligor spouse.
