Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was recently divorced July 2009. My ex"s income changed so he took me back to court in Nov. 2009 Child support was lowered. He now has hired a different attorney and is taking me back to court to change child visitation and spousal support. More or less he was not satisfied with the judgement and is taking me back to court. My question can he do this so soon after our divorce judgement.

He must show "changed circumstances" since the last order. If so, yes he can.
