Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have recently taken an early retirement for the purpose of taking care of my elderly parent and disabled sibling. My pension barely covers my present spouse my monthly expenses. My ex-spouse was awarded a portion of my pension under the Brown Formula in California back in 1995. She has decided to take her portion that not only includes 1/2 of the pension accumulated while we were married but also portions of the rest of my pension. She has re-married and they are quite well off. Is there any legal avenues for me to use?

Thank You

It would require a review of your divorce paperwork and pension paperwork to give you an answer. You should contact a local Family Law attorney about this.
