Legal Question in Family Law in California

we recently modified a visitation order for the non-custodial parent who is to have monitored visitation. Now monitored by her mother. She hasn't seen the children in almost 4 yrs. She continues to be late picking them up, cancels out on her scheduled pick-up dates, and has them dropped off early. She also continues harrass me via e-mail and violate other orders as well. this is not working out. what are my immediate options? can I request to have the orginal order reinstated ASAP?

You can request anything you want. It's up to the court if they think what you request is warranted.

The custody and visitation problems you referenced may require a modification and or tightening up of the visitation plan. If you cannot come to an agreement with the non custodial parent to remedy the problems you are encountering, it seems sensible to return to court on a new motion and ask for a referral to family court mediation.
