receving welfare -spousal support and child support

she gets 3000 a month for support (her and the 2 kids).found out she has been on welfar ,food stamps and medical under a different name.got a restraing order without ever searving the father.is something that can be used on the delclaration to ave thing amended.?

If you have proof that she is receiving welfare under another name report this information to the welfare department.

I would do a motion for modification of support to reevaluate her true income. If she is receiving welfare then we wouldhave to determine what amount of support she is truly entitled to . It may be lower or it may be correct, as welfare is need based benefits.
