Legal Question in Family Law in California

When you recieve child support, and it's been saved up from the time started to age 18, not being spent, can the parent recieving child support still access that savings when the child turns 18, and how would the child be able to access it if they move out on their 18th birthday?

It doesn't work that way. Child support is paid by the non-custodial parent to the custodial parent. If a parent took care of you, and placed the child support in an account, that money does not become yours simply because it was saved.
