Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am looking to recieve full custody of my 10 year old daughter after having 50/50 custody for four years. We are moving out of state due to no work. I want to do this the right way, please help.

You should go to court and file a motion for modification of custody. If you need to move right aaway it may be a problem as custody disputes take many months to resolve. If your husband agrees though it may be a quicker process.
