Legal Question in Family Law in California

I recieved a letter of Termination of IWO but at the bottom of the page it states the amount to be withheld from my paychecks. I'm confused. Does this mean that I still need to pay the amount?

This is something an attorney would have to review. The first question is whether the underlying judgment or order has been satisfied by payment, along with a review of the court file.
