Legal Question in Family Law in California

I recieved a notice of motion to modify a court order, but it is incomplete. The section "Statement of Facts" was cut off. It also said there was an attached declaration, which was not attached. Do I call the lawyer to let him know or is there a legal form I should fill out and file.

You should call the lawyer and tell him that about the issue. He should give you a proper copy. You can go down to the courthouse and get a proper copy.
