Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have been recieving child support for my son who is 20 yrs old but have been giving the monies back to his father since he turned 18 due to the fact that my son dropped out of Highschool and was not attending school at all. Now my son is now attending school to acquire his diploma and plans on attending college after he graduates. My question is, Am I entitled to keep the child support, now that my son is back in school?
