Legal Question in Family Law in California

recomendations, suggestions by minors counsel

the non custodial parent has a boyfriend with issues. We were able on our current court order to state that the boyfriend must follow all of his court orders and not violate any as well. He is ordered to see a dr. regularly and show that his medication is being monitored to his ex wifes counsel. I am asking the same, but it appears minors counsel does not worry about his sudden impulse and bi-polar around my sons.

a mutual restrining order was recently violated by the same person, minor counsel appears not concerned. the boys mom moves into the home where he is living, 30 miles further from the boys school. minor counsel does not change his recommendation. what can be done with these two?
