Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a recording between my ex husband and I where he admits to cases of domestic violence and willfully not paying child support. I never filed a report for the cases of domestic violence, and he is claiming that my admitting the truth to our co workers is causing him to lose jobs (we r both self employed in the same business). Can I use these transcripts in an exhibit attached to my declaration for a child support modification case and to collect arrears my ex chose not to pay for 8 months, though he was able to?

Not if he was not aware of the recording. If he was not, the recording was a crime. You probably do not want to put evidence of your criminal conduct in front of a judge. If he was aware, however, it is perfectly OK to use them.
