how to recover the fund and property lien
Divorce decree rewarded to me half of cash value of life insurance policy Ex withdrew most of the fund without my knowledge The insurance CO. were not notified about the divorce when he took money out. Ex owns a house and I want to know
how to put a lien on his house since he is refusing.

If you have a dollar amount within the judgment that states the value then you can file an abstract of judgment which will create a lien on the property. If you do not have a dollar amount in the judgment you will need to file a motion to establish the amount of the judgment, then you can file the lien and foreclose, if he has sufficient equity.
