reembursment time limitation for long divorce

Hi,

I have been in a divorce for 3 years, I am told there is a time limitation to ask for reembursment (new law from 2008) could you confirm?

Hello Henri,

Answer is not that simple, as these questions are very fact specific. Reimbursements can change over time. There are two primary types, those incurred during marriage and those incurred after marriage during separation. All issues are open until the case is resolved and a judgment is entered. There can also be issues disclosure and concealment, so more questions need to be asked. You really should consult with your attorney.
