Refinance of house
My husband deeded our home over to me 3 years ago. I need to refinance because I lost on of the three jobs I had. I will have to take out equity to fix some things on the house. I started the refi Jan 12, and filed for divorce Jan 31st. Can I finish my refi.

The safest course of action would be to get your husband to sign a statement that he is aware of the refinance and does not object. If he refuses to or fails agree then you should petition the court for permission to complete the refinance of the house.
