Refinancing & keeping the house

Six months ago we refinanced the house. My wife wants a divorce. I want to buy her out of the house. How do I relieve her of any financial obligation, as her name is on the refinance papers,deed, etc. Can this be done or must the house be sold

The traditional methods are to sell the real property or refinance the loan.
