Legal Question in Family Law in California
Refusal/Inability to provide psychological treatment as detriment
I am looking for points and authorities to argue that the Plaintiff's initial refusal, then alleged inability to provide psychological treatment for our son who was sexually abused/molested/raped under her care is a cause for change of custody. Can someone please help me?

You probably need to obtain a statement of the harm being done to the child from the child's therapist or an expert witness that counseling is in the child's best interest.
