Also, what happens if you refuse to settle with an "Agreement"? Two (2) times I agreed to an Agreement and both times Respondent did not live by the Agreement; picked and chose what to abide by and what not to abide by.

If the agreement was finalized into a court order you can ask the court to find him in contempt.
