Legal Question in Family Law in California

PLEASE I need help to regain my children

my daughter has been living with her grandparents for aprox. 7 mo. she got into some trouble while living with them and she was put on probation.I went to court and was awarded full legal and phisical custady by a judge here in sd co.now her probation officer will not allow her to come live with me even though I was encouraged to gain custady. because of my past record , of drug aressts . In the last year I have compleated parenting classes , reunification classes and havent gotten into any more trouble and I am in compliance with my probation . PLEASE help us we so badly want and need to be togather again THANK YOU Nicole

You apparently need an order from the court that the child is to live with you. The procedure to be followed will depend upon the status of your case at this time.
