Reimburse my half of child support paid to husband ibligation?
My husband had a prior debt obligation for child support before our marriage.
Our partnership business and community funds paid for the support of his children during 12 years of marriage.
Has there been a case I can use to be reimbursed for my contribution to his prior debt?
My trial date is November 18, 2002.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. This man has been stalling on our settlement for nearly 2 years to try and starve me out.....

If he no source of separate property funds, you probably will not get reimbursement. Additionally, there is a 3 year window starting after when you became aware of the fact that he was using c/p funds to pay a s/p debt in which to act. See Family Code sections 910 and 920.
