Reinstate for DMV

I need to fill out a reinstatement to get my license back from child support reasons. What form do I fill out. It will be for the OC court house. Also would you know the fee for this? Thank you.

You need to bring a motion for a court order. You will need to show the court how you plan to stay current on your child support obligation in the future and how you will be able to pay back what you owe with interest. It is also a good idea to show the court how getting your license back will help you accomplish this. There is no special form for this specific purpose, and the filing and notice processes are a little complex. You should either hire an attorney or get help from the Family Law Facilitator.
