rejection notice

since he has refiled we are still married correct. When I look online it has a court date of 09/11/2011. Because I don't want a divorce

The 2011 date is I expect simply a date for the court to review the file if the case hasn't gone to judgment. You can't stop a divorce, it's a one way street. If he wants it, he's entitled to it. But he has to do his papers in the correct form. That appears to be the only impediment to him getting a divorce.
