I have been in a relationship for close to 2 years with a woman that gave me a set of twins. We are engaged however both feel that the relationship isn't working. What is my legal obligation to her?

You owe child support. If you promised to take care of her for the rest of her life, she may have a palimony case against you. You need to sit down with a family law attorney and go through all the facts to determine what your financial obligations are.
