Relatives

Father is deceased. While alive he remarried and divorced a 2nd wife. Ouestion is about the non-biological children of the 2nd wife whom my father never adopted. Are they entitled to any of his estate?

Not by law. Depending on what he put in his will or trust documents if he had them they might be entitled to something.
