Release of Parental Responsibilites
If a male doesnot wish to be a father and the female indicates that she is not seeking his financial involvement, is it possible (pre-natum) to establish this in writing?
What form should be used and does it have any legal standing?

She has control over whether she carries the fetus full term or aborts. If she chooses to have the baby he is responsible to pay child support and medical costs for for the birth of the child. There is no form that will relieve him of this duty. If the child is adopted he would be relieved of the duty to suppor the child.
