How do I get a release of parental rights? A girl I dated five years ago said she had my baby and wants me to get this so her new husband can adopted the child. She said if I dont she will come after me for child support.

There is a Judicial Council form for releasing parental rights, ADOPT-225, but it only applies to native american children. There is no standardized form for general use. If she has an attorney who will be setting up the adoption for her, I suggest you offer to sign whatever he or she says needs to be signed.
