Legal Question in Family Law in California

Relinquishing Parental rights

My two children have lived with their mother in Kansas. They did come to visit me. However, they are doing things against the law and other things I dont approve of They are both young teens My son has been in trouble with the law several times at 12 and 13 yrs old They show no respect for me and do not wish to abide by the rules of my home where I have three otehr children to protect I have no say over anything they do and their mother allows them to do whatever they want The courts do not want toh ear of the wrongs they have been doing as they say it is in the past...and it was as long as only 2 months ago If my children do not want to be with me, do not want to visit me I do not want to be responsible for their actions taht I do not agree with or approve of. I want to relinquish my parental rights to them. How do I go about doing this?

Thank you

James
